The genesis of what is today Leadership and Development LIZWAN has very humble and unusual beginnings. In essence, Leadership & Development LIZWAN represents the missionary coordinates where tragedy and human grief are intersected by the healing grace of God and by the solidarity of the Christian community. The great mystery and miracle of this genesis is that God has the power to transform any human situation, no matter how tragic it might be. In our case, as many other cases we know God can bring life out of death, blessings out of tragedy and joy out of grief.
